Overview
Lylia relies on spamming Shadow Energy and detonating it with Magic Shockwave to stack her passive Angry Gloom for increased movement speed and explosion damage. However, her aggressive playstyle rapidly consumes mana and requires continuous skill usage to keep Gloom upgraded. This build solves her extreme mana hunger and skill uptime requirements first, allowing her to continuously drop Shadow Energy charges. Once her resource demands are met, the build transitions into enhancing her crowd control and multi-hit area damage. By combining slows with defense reduction, Lylia can consistently isolate enemies, detonate multiple Gloom charges, and safely reset her position with Black Shoes whenever she gets targeted.

Magic Boots provides early cooldown reduction, enabling Lylia to cast Magic Shockwave and Shadow Energy more frequently during lane trades.
