How to itemise Floryn and, more importantly, why each item earns its slot.

Overview

Why this build works on Floryn

Floryn relies heavily on global map presence through Bloom and team sustain via Sow and Dew. However, her reliance on constant spellcasting exhausts her mana pool quickly, while her global ultimate carries a long downtime that limits her reactivity during frequent team fights. This build addresses her mana sustainability, maximises her magic power scaling for stronger heals and shields, and drastically reduces the downtime of her ultimate ability. By equipping items that reward team assist participation, Floryn converts continuous engagement into frequent global healing, while building just enough defensive resilience to stay alive, cast Sprout for crowd control, and continuously empower her allies throughout prolonged engagements.

Item by item

Lantern of Hope

Early

Lantern of Hope is Floryn's permanent signature item provided by her passive Dew. It scales automatically as she gains levels, boosting her stats without occupying a standard shop purchase slot. Furthermore, it enables her to share the Flower of Hope with a key ally, granting them protective shields whenever Floryn heals them using Sow or Bloom. Finishing early team rotations with this item active ensures her carries remain exceptionally durable.

In-game passive Unique Passive - Lantern of Hope: The equipment's attributes scale with hero level.

Demon Boots - Favor

Early

Demon Boots - Favor solves Floryn's early mana problems, allowing her to spam Sprout for vision and crowd control while frequently using Sow to keep allies healthy during laning. The Roam blessing Favor complements her kit perfectly by adding an extra burst of healing to the lowest HP ally whenever she casts her restoration abilities, amplifying her early supportive impact without forcing frequent recalls to base.

In-game passive Unique Passive - Passive - Favor: Success

Fleeting Time is crucial for Floryn because her most impactful skill is her global ultimate Bloom. By dramatically reducing Bloom's remaining cooldown whenever Floryn secures a hero kill or assist, this item allows her to turn her team-wide healing into a near-constant threat. With rapid resets, Floryn can cast Bloom multiple times across consecutive skirmishes, keeping her entire team healthy and cleansed of anti-heal effects.

In-game passive Unique Passive - Timestream: Hero kills or assists reduce the Ultimate's current cooldown by 30%.

Necklace of Durance

Core

Necklace of Durance reinforces Floryn's sustained magic casting while providing valuable survivability upon leveling up through its passive restore effect. The added magic attributes directly enhance the damage of Sprout as well as the healing and shield values on Sow, Dew, and Bloom. Once completed, Floryn gains greater longevity in team fights, allowing her to cast her crowd control and healing skills more frequently.

In-game passive Unique Passive - Gift: Regenerates 20% Max HP and Mana over 2s after leveling up.

Oracle

Late

Oracle drastically increases Floryn's personal survivability while synergizing with her active skill set. Its passive increases all received HP regeneration and shield effects, making the healing from Sow and Bloom even more effective on herself when targeted or caught in global casts. This defensive boost allows her to stay on the front lines to cast Sprout for stuns without being easily bursted down by aggressive enemy divers.

In-game passive Unique Passive - Bless: Received Shield and HP Regen effects are increased by 30%.

Immortality provides Floryn with a vital safety net in late-game skirmishes where enemy assassins prioritize eliminating supports. Upon taking lethal damage, the resurrection passive brings Floryn back to life with a temporary shield, buying precious seconds for her abilities to come off cooldown. This second chance allows her to immediately trigger Bloom to turn the tide of a losing battle or cast Sprout to stun incoming threats.

In-game passive Unique Passive - Immortal: Revives 2.5s after death, gaining 16% Max HP and a 220-1200 shield (scales with level) that lasts 3s (210s cooldown).

Adapting the build

No build survives every draft. These are the situations where the order above should change.

Against heavy enemy burst damage and aggressive backline divers

Prioritise completing Oracle sooner right after Fleeting Time. The added magical and physical durability along with increased personal shield and healing amplification helps Floryn withstand immediate burst. This ensures she survives long enough to cast Bloom and protect both herself and her carry.

When your team is constantly skirmishing and securing frequent eliminations

Rush Fleeting Time immediately after Demon Boots - Favor. Securing assists during early team fights rapidly resets Bloom's cooldown, allowing Floryn to repeatedly impact skirmishes across the entire map and snowball your team's advantage.

When late-game team fights become extremely decisive and risky

Prioritise Immortality as your final survival tool over extra offensive attributes. The revival effect ensures that even if Floryn is targeted first in chaotic clashes, she can revive, cleanse anti-heal with Bloom, and keep her allies fighting.
